Marco Benevento Park Slope Post Allman Brother Show

This is right down the street from my house and it would be a shame to miss it, I will be hitting up the ABB show on this day too make it, extra special. Despite the fact that they shut down a bunch of shows due to sluggish ticket sales, I think this year will be one of the best yet.

Marco’s an area resident, and when he’s not on crazy adventures with his own touring band, with Joe, with Surprise Me Mr. Davis, or any of the other zillion combos he plays with, he often turns up at Park Slope’s postage stamp-sized Bar 4 to stretch out on keyboards and dip into some of his favorite covers material. He’s there every Monday this month and these are loosely described “& Friends” shows, so who knows who’s going to show up."
