New York Times, broke the story yesterday in an interview with Gregg Allman that the Beacon Theatre will be booked with Cirque du Soleil, shows during the spring to summer. This means that the NYC run will not be at the Beacon but at the United Palace Theater in Washington Heights. Allman mentioned money might have been an issue in MSG's decision.
