As of this moment, Phish.net, which usually doesn't engage in the fake rumor douchebaggery that goes on at other sites, has posted only the following: "4/9/07 - NEWS."
It's probably nothing, most likely a wrap-up of Trey Anastasio's legal troubles. Maybe Page McConnell is going to announce some more tour dates. Who knows? Maybe Mike and Fishman randomly bumped into each other near their respective Walden Pond hideouts and decided to make an album. We'll see tomorrow.
