I previously posted that Camp Bisco VI will take place this year from August 17-18 in Romulous, NY. Apparently I spoke too soon...
According to the Live Music Blog "Apparently, during that [4/22/07] show, they [the Disco Biscuits] announced that their annual Camp Bisco festival will indeed take place this August 16-18th in Mariaville, NY."

They've now released their initial lineup. Technically the festival's being held in Pattersonville, NY, which just so happens to be the neighboring town of Mariaville.
The lineup looks pretty nice by the way.
The mailing address is Pattersonville, but the festival is definitely in Mariaville.
