Phish Shoreline Gordan Dominates

nice to see my favorite weirdo coming into his own, I always thought he was one of the funkiest (jamband) bass players around. Here are some videos i picked out to illustrate his takeover at Shoreline.

Ya Mar has always had one of the best bass lines, Caribbean and reggae influenced, maybe the best bass is from Townsend Family Park 89.

In the video here of Ya Mar
You can see how when Trey takes the solo, mike switches up the rhythm controlling the jam.

Oh Sweet Nuthin'! Is one of the best VU songs of all time. The closing song on Loaded.

If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place.

This is because the mind is the governing aspect of a human life.

Eliminate mental muddiness and obscurity; keep your mind crystal clear.

Quiet your emotions and abide in serenity.

FDR New Deal Red Rocks

Do you know that Red Rocks was built during the New Deal? And I don't mean during an hour long transfusion trio jam. I'm talking about FDR's New Deal silly! and here is an interesting analysis by a scholar/phishhead.
